is to ensure that all of our products are backed
by extensive warranties.

Headsets

Plantronics

  1. Headset tops and bases : 2 years from date of purchase
    covers all parts and labor.

  2. Wireless and cellular phone headsets : 1 year from date
    of purchase covers all parts and labor.

  3. Disposable parts : including ear tips, ear cushions and
    voice tubes, are not covered under this warranty and should be
    replaced every 6 months (or less) to retain optimal performance.

GN Netcom

  1. Headset tops and bases : 2 years from date of purchase
    covers all parts and labor.

  2. Wireless headsets : 1 year from date of purchase covers
    all parts and labor

  3. Disposable parts : (including ear cushions) are not covered
    under this warranty and should be replaced every
    6 months (or less) to retain optimal performance.

ACS

  1. Headset tops : 2 or 3 years from date of purchase,
    depending upon model chosen.

  2. Headset bases: 3 years

  3. Disposable parts are not included under this warranty,
    and should be replaced every 6 months (or less)
    to retain optimal performance.

Telephones

In all cases, unless otherwise noted at time of purchase, the warranty
for telephones is one year from date of purchase.

For Panasonic business telephone systems, all defective equipment must
meet out of the box initial failure requirements. Panasonic will not accept
returns without prior approval from Panasonic's Tech Support to verify
the equipment is defective. To reach their tech support,

Return Policy

Phonex is committed to providing the
personal service you deserve.

We stand behind all of our products with this in mind, including free technical support. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. In certain cases, you may find that an item should be replaced or returned.

To this end, Phonex has the following policies:

  1. If you are requesting a replacement (or advance replacement), please contact us at

  2. We ask that you include all originally shipped items, including the original box, cords, manuals, batteries, eartips, ear cushions, headbands and all other items included in the original boxes and shipments.

  3. Place original box with enclosed product in an appropriate box for shipping. Please include your return address and phone number.

  4. Return unit, shipping prepaid, to the following address:

If you are requesting a refund, all funds will be refunded to you upon arrival and inspection at Phonex.

Shipping Policy

We only charge what UPS/FedEx charges us. Period.

  • No "handling" charges
  • No bogus fees
  • No nonsense

You are more than welcome to use your own UPS/Fed Ex shipper number. Please type in the number in the "comments" section on the order form.

Our Shopping Cart program will list a flat rate for an item, and the shipping charges for additional items. This is a good "rule of thumb" amount for shipping charges.

UPS Ground
First Item  $5.00
Add'l Items $1.00 ea

To save you money, we will always adjust that cost to reflect the ACTUAL shipping charges. (As opposed to other sites that may charge a higher flat amount and pocket the difference.)

For example :

  • You place an order through our Secure Ordering System, and it shows a charge of $5.00 for shipping. While preparing your order, we may find that it costs only $4.25 to ship the order.
  • We will automatically adjust the shipping charge to reflect the lower amount.

Another example :

  • The shipping charge from your order states $5.00, but the actual cost is $5.50. Since it's just a matter of a little pocket change, we will charge the lesser of the two charges.
  • Let's say that it's a heavier box. It costs $7.00 to ship. Well, maybe we'll call and discuss it.

Please include your phone number and/or email address, and we will be more than happy to call or email the freight cost and total of your order.

Rush orders, such as "Second Day" or Overnight, as well as COD (cash on delivery) are determined separately from this program.
